LCLS follow-up Town Hall meetings, Monday March 21, 2022

As the LCLS Run 21 proposal deadline approaches, we wish to offer all members of the LCLS User Community the opportunity to converse with the LCLS leaders in each of our scientific areas, along with the corresponding Instrument Leads. In addition, as we are entering the new era of LCLS-II high repetition rate beam capabilities, we plan to embark on a community-driven early science program, coordinated by LCLS scientists, that we believe will be critical to setting the stage for years of revolutionary LCLS-II science and a great opportunity for the community to drive the early directions of the new LCLS-II capabilities.

To these ends, we will hold follow-up meetings to a recent Town Hall, where an hour will be allocated to each science area to allow discussions and questions from the community to help guide your proposals, and to inform early science ideas for the upcoming run. You are strongly encouraged to attend.

We invite all of you to join on Monday March 21. Please note that the US moved to Daylight Saving Time already while other parts of the world have not yet, hence the Pacific Daylight Saving Time (PDT).

The meetings are staggered to allow you to attend more than one topical area if you wish, with slides and recordings shared below for anyone who is unable to attend.
