Universal Proposal System

Information on the Universal Proposal System (UPS)

The Universal Proposal System (UPS) is a collaboration between the Advanced Photon Source (APS) at Argonne National Laboratory, the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) at Brookhaven National Laboratory, and the Linac Coherent Lightsource (LCLS) at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory

The UPS has been developed as a common platform for the management of user scientific proposals across multiple facilities. We hope that its unified look and feel will benefit all scientists across the facilities involved in proposal submission, review, and allocation. We encourage all scientists and users of the system to contact us with any questions about the system.
