We are very pleased to announce the first ever Virtual LCLS User Meeting to be held at 8 am Pacific time on April 12th. Please mark your calendars! The live stream can be found on April 12th here:
During the construction period at LCLS from January to mid-June, 2017, users who would like to access the Near Experimental Hall (Building 950) and Far Experimental Hall (Building 999) will need to make arrangements with their LCLS Point of Contact (POC) prior to arrival at SLAC.
Contacts for each instrument can be found on the instrument home pages.
This PCS beamtime is to be awarded during LCLS Run 15, expected to be between June and November 2017. The LCLS Protein Crystal Screening (PCS) program aims to enable increased access to LCLS beamtime for biological structure determination by making use of short, 6-hour runs to screen the quality of different sample preparations or potentially collect a full data set under good running conditions.
Experiments with Soft and Hard X-rays at the AMO, SXR, XPP, CXI, MFX, XCS, and MEC Experimental Stations for the period June, 2017 – November, 2017 (“Run 15”).
DEADLINE: 4pm PACIFIC on November 7, 2016
