Xtal Concepts SpectroLight 600

Xtal Concepts SpectroLight 600
Description:

SpectroLight 600 is designed to apply in situ dynamic light scattering (in situ DLS) to standard SBS-plates. In situ DLS is capable to detect nucleation non-invasively long before crystals appear. The user can track each drop‘s progress towards crystallization. The instrument can be applied for storage buffer optimization, and specific detergent identification for membrane proteins solubility. It allows a quick screen of sample stability and quality, aging, oxidation, temperature denaturation, and chemical degradation.
